August 14, 2026 – Hamilton, NJ – Berkley Accident and Health, a Berkley Company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Santos as Regional Sales Manager. In this role, Justin will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Berkley Accident and Health’s Group Captive program and Employer Stop Loss (ESL) footprint with brokers throughout the South-Central region, including Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

Justin joins Berkley Accident and Health with nearly a decade of experience in the insurance wholesaler and general agency marketplace and a Certified Self-Funding Specialist (CSFS) designation. Most recently, he worked with carriers and brokers to develop and consult on a broad range of funding solutions, including fully insured, level funded, captive, and stop loss strategies. Justin resides in the Houston, TX area with his family.
