May 22, 2023 – Hamilton Square, NJ – Berkley Accident and Health, a Berkley Company, has appointed Andy Simon as Regional Sales Manager for its EmCap segment. In this role, Andy will be responsible for cultivating growth and developing new medical stop loss group captive programs in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Delaware.

A graduate from Temple University, Andy has held positions both in management and sales.  Andy was a top national performer at a national health carrier in 2022, where he worked as a senior sales executive. He also consistently ranked as a top performer over a nine-year tenure. Now residing in Philadelphia, Andy will help expand Berkley’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic.
