Available for Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid populations.	Participant Accident (RFP) Accidental death and dismemberment and accident medical for special activities or volunteer programs. Groups include religious and charitable organizations, youth groups, camps, day care centers, and sports clubs. Student Accident (RFP) Plans offered to public, parochial or private elementary and secondary schools. Coverage is offered on a mandatory and voluntary basis covering students participating in school activities, including field trips and sports. Basic Accident (RFP) Employer paid accident program designed to match the life benefit provided to employees. Includes a schedule of benefits for accidental losses. Voluntary Accident (RFP) Provides employees with the option to purchase additional accident coverage for themselves, their spouse or dependents. Coverage is provided on a 24 hour basis and is paid in addition to other insurance coverage.
